Since many of our brands create clothing on a made-to-order basis, we’re unable to accept return, exchange or refund requests. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, including a video and photos of you unboxing the item. Send these to orders@shoptaproot.com, and we’ll respond within 48-72 hours to assist you. Please note that no requests will be entertained without a video of the package opening.
