Shipping and Delivery
What are your shipping options and costs? Plus

We currently only offer standard delivery for shipping orders. You will see the shipping cost at checkout once you input your address.

Do you offer international shipping/ Pan India? Plus

We provide shipping services to both metro and major non-metro cities in India, but we currently do not offer international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order? Plus

Delivery timelines vary based on your location. Since each piece is made to order, processing takes approximately 7-10 days, followed by about 4 days for shipping. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date once your order ships, so you’ll know when to expect your new pieces.

How can I track my shipment? Plus

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time,

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy? Plus

Since many of our brands create clothing on a made-to-order basis, we’re unable to accept return, exchange or refund requests. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, including a video and photos of you unboxing the item. Send these to orders@shoptaproot.com, and we’ll respond within 48-72 hours to assist you. Please note that no requests will be entertained without a video of the package opening. Incase of an order exchange or return the customer will have to bear the shipping cost. We encourage you to review our size guide before ordering.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Plus

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds requests. Only If you receive a damaged product, please reach out within 24 hours to orders@shoptaproot.com including a video and photos of you unboxing the item, and we’ll respond within 48-72 hours.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged? Plus

Since many of our brands are on made-to-order basis, there are no products that can be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange? Plus

Once we’ve approved a request for a damaged product, please note that the return or exchange process can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the item’s availability with the brand.

You’ll have the option to either exchange the item or receive store credit for Taproot.
