Since many of our brands create clothing on a made-to-order basis, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide:
- A clear video of the unboxing
- Photos showing the damage
Email these to contact@shoptaproot.com. We will respond within 48-72 hours and work with the brand to find a solution.
Sizing Issues:
If the product doesn’t fit, we will do our best to coordinate with the brand for a size exchange. However, since many items are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee an exchange.
Important:
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.
- If a return or exchange is approved, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.
All conversions are approximate and fits may vary by style or personal preference.
Here are a few guidelines to help you care for your new purchase. It's a good idea to pre-wash any washable natural fibers that you will be washing in the future, as some shrinkage may happen. We recommend pre-washing in the same way you intend to wash your future fabric creation including drying.
Wash light and bright colors separately, as some colors may run in their first few washes. Please note, these care tips are guidelines only and variations will apply to some fabrics. Extra care should be taken when washing high contrast prints with highly saturated pigments like red, black and navy on a light-colored cloths. These prints can be prone to color bleed and should be cold washed, and dried without delay.
Special washing instructions will apply to some fabrics such as satins, sequined, beaded, coated or foiled fabrics as well as specialty weights/styles and delicate items. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please follow the care & prewash guidelines as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly.
Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.
